Lisa Fonkalsrud, BSN, RN, CGRN
Center Director
Lisa Fonkalsrud graduated from the University of Tulsa with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Lisa has been a GI nurse since 1994 and has maintained her Certification as a Gastroenterology Registered Nurse since May 1997. Lisa joined Tulsa Endoscopy Center as center director in July 2003 and helped open the center in October 2003. Lisa is the Program Chair for the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates 36th Annual Course in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2009. Additionally, she maintains professional memberships in The Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, and the Society of International Gastroenterological Nurses and Endoscopy Associates.
